IAM Operations Management

SCUID Operations is a cost effective solution that enables organizations to optimize the operations and maintenance of their on-premise IAM infrastructure. It allows clients who host their own IAM environment in-house to outsource the monitoring, management, reporting and remediation of the infrastructure to Identropy's identity management experts.
SCUID Operations is delivered via a co-sourced model that combines on-premise and cloud-based components, which together provide far more than traditional monitoring or support services. SCUID Operations is a specialized operations management solution for IAM infrastructures that combines both automation via software and support provided by support staff in a complete solution governed by defined service levels.
Experienced Identropy engineers working on SCUID Operations have intimate details of their assigned customer-specific IAM environment. This affords them quicker troubleshooting and resolution of issues, which altogether results in faster remediation.
SCUID Operations streamlines the operational management of your IAM infrastructure, allowing you the peace of mind to pursue your strategic identity management objectives.
SCUID Operations has three components: the Collector is a component deployed in the client's infrastructure in order to collect and communicate data to the Business Intelligence (BI) Server. The BI Server is a hosted component and provides the monitoring, systems management, reporting and remediation capabilities to SCUID Operations. The Portal Dashboard is a web component that provides clients a comprehensive view of the BI Server. It also serves as the medium for update requests to the identity management infrastructure and ad-hoc report generation.

The SCUID Operations Portal Dashboard provides our clients a bird’s eye view into the health of their on-premise IAM infrastructure by providing graphs and charts that illustrate the state of the software logs, the health of identity management workflows, OS event logs, and the last update date for configuration settings. It also provides authentication audit trails, workflow approvals for remediation activity, as well as update request forms for changes to the IAM system configurations.
